Infrared Sauna

An Infrared Sauna is different from traditional saunas. While regular saunas heat the air around you, infrared heats your body with infrared light. Meaning the heat is much lower than a regular sauna.

The feeling of being in the sauna is comparable to laying in the sun. It is very comfortable. However, after 10-30 minutes, your body will begin sweating profusely. We do suggest to get plenty of sleep the night before and drink plenty of water. You will be sweating out a lot of your water weight.

Water will also be provided.

What to Expect

In our one, two or three person Infrared Sauna you can sit and relax as the Infrared light penetrates your body and improves circulation, sooths aches and pains and detoxifies you. We have bottled water available so you can stay hydrated, towels to lay on the bench and use to cool down or wipe sweat off.  You can read, relax or Bluetooth your phone in to listen to music, audio books or podcasts.

* If you have a pacemaker, metal screws and plates or implants you should not use Infrared Saunas. If you are Diabetic, have brain tumors, angina pectoris, aortic stenosis, or lupus you should not use Infrared Saunas. There are also certain medications that react poorly to excessive sweating.
